She can do it!

We are so proud of our little girl! She took her first steps on August 2nd and look at her now! This was taken this afternoon. It took forever to finally get it on video but I finally caught it!

A Busy August

So, as many of you already know, we are moving! All the way up north to Minneapolis, Minnesota to be exact. Jake got offered a job and we accepted. Of course that means selling our house here in Houston. We have been working like CRAZY since last Thursday to get it show ready and we did it! Today the picture guy came and it is being listed today as well. Now everyone, please pray we get it sold ASAP because Jake starts his job in Minnesota on the 30th of August. We have been painting, installing cabinet hardware, cleaning, and thinning and I am just worn out! It looks great though. Once the pictures are up on the website I will post the link on here for ya'll to see what we did to get it ready. Grandma Wagner is a lifesaver! She came and watched the kids Thursday and Friday so that Jake and I could work work work. We are so thankful for her. The kids just love her so much!

Okay, so what have the kids been up to? Oh, did I mention that Carolyn can walk all by herself now?!? How exciting is that. I will try to get it on video. It is just a few steps and yesterday she walked across the playroom rug - I am so proud of her! Will has learned to cut with safety scissors. He absolutely loves it. He asks to cut paper all the time. He is pretty good at it too. Here are some recent pictures of the kiddos - they have been pretty patient with us with all the stuff that has been going on. They are a couple of good kids.

Playing Together

Will and Carolyn are really starting to play together more and more. It is so fun to watch them interact! Will yells for her to come here and play with whatever he is doing. When she walks with her new walker he gets so excited and says "I walking with baby" or he will say "Baby will you walk with me?". It is AWESOME!! I put Carolyn at the water table with Will this week for the first time and they shared what toys they were playing with - it was cool to watch. They both were soaking wet when they were done. They were in heaven! I really love these two!
