Snowboarding

One for the things that Bert and Sandee wanted to do while visiting us up here was to go to Buckhill and try snowboarding! We hired a babysitter and took off to go!  I haven't been in a few years but it didn't take me long to remmber how.  I am slow as molasses out there but I have so much fun.  I go faster each time so I call it a win!  Bert and Sandee did great too!  They went down the hill twice and did great.  Of course we fell a bunch but that is how you learn!  Seriously a fun thing to do.  Sandees' knees were all bruised up and we all were sore throughout our bodies.  I could go everyday :D
Getting all geared up

On the lift belt (ps - those goggles are Jakes' and they were huge on my face! I had to eventually take them off because they were crushing my nose and I couldn't breath)

Putt Putt

We have this cute little indoor putt putt place right by the house and I thought it would be a fun thing to do for the  group.  They had a groupon for it so I totally bought it and we went.  We never keep score and anything goes - we just go to have fun :D

Sledding with the Grands!

We finally got a good amount of snow!!  Of course we had to go play in it - especially since Sandee and Bert purchased snow gear for them on their visit.
Clearing off the drive!  Bert and Sandee both wanted to help out.

 Sledding!

 A super pretty snowflake

Christmas Day

We had a wonderful day!  It is always so magical to watch the kids open their gifts.  They loved them all.  We are so glad Sandee, Bert, and Yvonne were able to enjoy it with us! We ate yummy food and just enjoyed a nice relaxing day playing with our new toys!  Happy Holidays everyone!
Santa came!!

Jacob wins for most random gift!  It is a pillow of his face.  Hysterical!

Food time (yes, the kids are still in jammies - it is a relaxing day for us!)
