Happy Halloween!

The kids didn't have school today so we did fun things all day!  We went and got our pumpkins to carve, carved them, ate a fun dinner, and then went out to get candy!  They got so much candy too.  We hit every house that was lit up in our neighborhood.  They all slept so good! I had the cutest ninja, pumpkin, and penguin around!

Carolyn's Skate Party

Carolyn decided she wanted a skate party for her birthday this year even though she had never skated before.  She ended up loving it and everyone had so much fun!

 

Girl Scout Way Day

Today was Girl Scout Way Day to celebrate what it means to be a girl scout and Juliette Gordon Lowe's birthday! We had so much fun - the girls sang songs, made SWAPS, cooked s'mores, made postcards to send to other girl scouts around the world, colored a banner, and listened to older girl scouts about their scouting adventures. They also earned their Vi petal for their uniform! Carolyn really enjoyed the day!

Carolyn's Halloween Party

Carolyn's grade had their Halloween party!  I volunteered to go up and help and it was so fun to see all the kids in their costumes.  Everyone looked so cute!

Apple Picking

The weather was gorgeous and so we packed up the fam and went apple picking! We invited a buddy of Will's and his family to join us and the kids played together so well! We totally ate more apples than we put in the bag and Jake and Randy juggled a bit :D Super fun day!  

River Hay Ride

The Chaska Community Center hosted an event that was super fun! It was a hay ride down the Minnesota River.  It was down at Athletic Park and they also had a bounce house, a fire-pit for s'mores, and yummy hot cocoa/apple cider!  The weather was perfect and the kids had fun.  One of Will's friends met us there (she invited us along) and we are so glad she thought to ask us!
