Happy Halloween 2011

Here's my little robot, butterfly and skunk! They have talked about their costumes for weeks now - they are just so excited to finally be able to wear them! Will even got to wear his to school. They absolutely LOVED trick-or-treating this year! We went with a big group from the neighborhood since there are like 4 families with kids the same age. It was fun! The kids made out like bandits and we were able to be home in time for all the bigger kids so we passed out all of our candy too. Yay! Happy Halloween everyone!

All three! I love them.

All lit up!

Pumpkin time

We let Will and Carolyn have a go at their pumpkins with paint while Jake and I carved away! It was a lot of fun and Carolyn kept saying how pretty and beautiful her pumpkin was. Here are our Halloween pumpkins!

Charlie!

He is growing so fast! His very first tooth popped through this week! He seems to be handling it rather well - not too much fussiness. Just lots of drool and he chews on anything he can get in his mouth. Another big thing for him is he is fixing to really take off! He gets up on all fours and rocks and a few times has lunged. I imagine it is seriously just a matter of days before he is crawling all over. He will army crawl to me too if I lay on the ground just out of his reach. He gets so happy when he reaches me - such a mommy's boy already! I love my little dude so much!!

This is a really cute picture. It is Will and Carolyn "hiding" from Daddy when he came home from work:

Haircuts and Carnivals!

Saturday we took Will to get his haircut. It has been since before school since the last time so it was well needed. They had a special where they would spray the hair with color for free so he chose blue. He loved it (I did too)! Then that night we headed to the carnival at the community center. They had a few games for the kids to play and Will and I made witches brooms. They also had a big stage with a DJ for the kids to dance on. Will loved that! The kids had a blast!

Getting his groove on. It is serious business.

Pumpkin Patch

We hit up the local pumpkin patch on Saturday. It was perfect! It had a free pumpkin bounce house, which the kids just loved, and a huge field to go pick out our pumpkins. We had a ton of fun!
