Nightstands are done!

I decided to bring some life back into these nightstands - they were pretty beat up! I picked a color called "Lagoon" from Martha Stewart  and I got the knobs off of Etsy at this store. I absolutely LOVE how they turned out!

Father's Day

It was such an awesome day!  I made Jake an awesome breakfast complete with homemade waffles, homemade whipped cream, and yummy strawberries.  So good! Then we blew up the new pool we got and relaxed on the deck all day in the shade while the kids played!  Then we had a movie night where we watched Monsters vs. Aliens.  Such a cute movie.  I wish we had more relaxing days like this!

Birthday parties galore!

Yesterday the kids had two birthday parties to go to!  The first one was for a neighbor girl and it was at a jump house place.  Will and Carolyn went and they had a blast running around on all the stuff.  Will even ate 3 pieces of pizza!  More than any other kid - lol.  The second was for another little neighbor boy at their house.  They rented a bounce house and we got to converse with some people we hadn't met yet in the neighborhood.  It was fun! Everyone was worn out at the end of the day.

It finally quit raining and was warm on Friday so I took the kids up to the nature park for kids at the Arboretum.  They loved it!  Although Will kept asking where the swings were - lol.
