When handed a lemon, make lemonade!

I piled all the kids in the car to go to gym class this morning (I even woke Charlie up from a nap) only to find the van won't start. Awesome. I am thinking it is just the battery - hopefully - lol.  So out of the car we go and I decided to get all the kids toys out and let them have at it in hopes to ease the disappointment & to burn off some energy. It totally worked! So much fun - it was in the lower 70's with a nice cool breeze. Have I mentioned how much I love the weather here?!?!

Splash pad

We have had some beautiful weather so we decided to hang out at the splash pad at the community center.  The kids loved it!

Finally summer time!

We are having a fun summer so far - play-doh, water table, and playing in the neighbors sprinkler!
