Will's Preschool Graduation

Will's preschool class had their end of the year celebration/graduation this morning!  Will has one more year of preschool before kindergarten but many of his classmates are moving on up!  It was so sweet and I got a little teary eyed.  I can't even imagine what I will be like next year.  Will has learned so much this year.  He learned all about butterflies and how they grow from caterpillars, he has improved so much in his writing that it is crazy and he is learning basic math/patterns, etc.  He has developed friends in class and we have gone on many playdates too.  I have really enjoyed watching my little guy blossom this year.  He is such a kind-hearted and sweet little guy.  He wants to be friends with everyone and watching him play brings me so much pride.  He wants to include everyone and is never mean - even when other kids are.  I am just so proud.  I really am.  Here are some pictures from this morning and a video of him getting his certificate.

My Superheroes!

My kids love to dress alike.  They really do.  They have matching t-shirts that are only worn on the weekends so they can all match with their Daddy.  They also love to match pj's.  Will will only wear his Lightening McQueen pj's when Bear wears her Mater ones.  Well I found these Superman one and of course the kids fell in love - especially since Charlie also can now match.  They loved them so much they wanted to wear them all the next day.  They put on their capes and ran around shooting fireballs out of their hands at bad guys.  Adorable!

Painting Projects

We are slowly getting our house painted the way we like it!  It is hard with three little kids who like to help.  We can hardly have the ladder out without Charlie climbing up on it.  Last month I painted the mud room and this last weekend Jake helped me and we painted the entire living room/breakfast nook.  We plan on getting a table for in there too.  I have it picked out - just haven't purchased it yet.  I really love how they turned out!  Now it is time to get some stuff on the walls in that room!

Mother's Day

Seriously an awesome day!  We went to a yummy brunch at the Arboretum and then walked around a bit.  I love that place - so much to do.  I am so thankful for my kids and husband -they truly amaze me every day.  I love them so much!  They make me feel so special.
