Snow Day!

It finally snowed again and it wasn't below zero so out we went!  It was good to play outside.

Happy New Year!

We have had a nice and easy start to the new year!  I think this is even the first time for me to open my notebook computer.  We have all just been laying low, playing with our new toys, and recouping from the hustle and bustle of the holidays! It was good to get back into a routine.  Here are some pictures I have taken and a video I snuck of Carolyn after she went to bed.  She was supposed to be sleeping but was doing this instead.  I love her!

 

We have some beautiful sunrises here.  I never get to see them in the summer since the sun rises at like 4am then so I really appreciate it in the winter when it rises at 7am.  The day cycles vary so much here depending on the time of year.  I never have experienced it like it is here in Oklahoma or Texas.
