Merry Christmas

Santa came and the kids were so excited!  They were all up at 5 ready to go :D They all enjoyed their gifts and Jake and I enjoyed the day as well - getting to spend it together.  What a wonderful family day!

Christmas Eve

We got our cookies baked for Santa and got our story all ready!  We are ready for the man in red to visit!

 

 

Thankful for these turkeys!

We didn't eat our homecooked meal on thanksgiving (we were at the vG's) so I cooked our feast on Saturday!  So yummy!

Carolyn did watch the Thanksgiving day parade and we spotted the first ever Girl Scout float!!

Happy Halloween!

The kids didn't have school today so we did fun things all day!  We went and got our pumpkins to carve, carved them, ate a fun dinner, and then went out to get candy!  They got so much candy too.  We hit every house that was lit up in our neighborhood.  They all slept so good! I had the cutest ninja, pumpkin, and penguin around!

Fourth of July!

We had a delicious breakfast at the vG's house before heading out the the little festivites in Chaska.  The kid parade started at 11 and led to the festival.  The kids rode their scooters and had a fun time getting there - Will even got to assist the magician this year :) Then we headed over to the Glasspooles house around 2 and ate good food and watched some fireworks.  The kids were not on their best behavior but nobody got hurt and nothing was broken so we all survived!

 I made a new friend!  Nora crawled right up into my lap to watch the fireworks. She needed my shades and I had to cover her ears on the loud ones.  So adorable!
